1. Is this the official website of KLF Nirmal? 

Yes, this is the official website of KLF Nirmal Industries Kerala, brand owners and manufacturers of KLF Nirmal and KLF Coconad range of coconut products. 

2. Do I have to create an account with to place an order? 

No, you need not create an account with us to place an order, you can place an order as a guest, but please ensure you type in the correct email ID and mobile number. 

3. Which courier partner do you use for delivery? 

We have secured partnerships with major delivery partners like E-kart, Delhivery , Expressbees & Bluedart to ensure a safe and fast delivery. 

4. Do you provide delivery Across India? 

Our service is available for all major pin codes across India which are supported by our Delivery partners. 

5. Can I get delivery outside India (UAE/USA)? 

Currently we support delivering for states within India. 

6. How Long will it take to deliver once an Order is placed? 

Depending on the pin code, the delivery might take up to 3 to 7 days, in some rare cases it might take up to 12 days, in case of delays.  

7. Which are the payment options available for placing an order? 

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Paytm & and other major payment wallets. 

8. Do you have a Cash on Delivery option available? 

Cash on Delivery option is not available right now. 

9. How Can I claim refund in case payment is debited from my bank/wallet but order failed or not successful? 

This is a very rare situation, you don’t have to do anything but, in such cases, payment will be refunded in 7 days back to your source account. 

10. Do you charge any shipping fee? 

All orders above Rs.500 are delivered free across India, for orders below Rs.500 we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.30 per order. 

11. Once an order is placed can I cancel it ? 

if you send a cancellation request to within 3 hours from placing an order, we can cancel your order and process 100% refund, a later cancellation is not possible.  

12. Can I return the product once it is delivered successfully? 

Currently we do not support reverse pick up, once a product is delivered successfully without damage, we cannot arrange for a pick up or refund 

13. Will I get any notification regarding status about my order? 

Once you place an order you will get an email confirmation, post that, you will get regular SMS updates regarding your order. 

14. What happens if my order is placed from a location which is not serviceable by your delivery partner? 

In such cases, we will cancel your order and provide you a 100% refund within 24 hrs.
